CXO & Founder - Torque

ERIC MASI

Over three decades ago, with an artist’s heart, a real estate heritage, and a ponytail, Eric Masi left his ad agency job and co-founded Torque, pursuing his passion to create a more collaborative and exciting kind of marketing and creative advertising.

As a mix of designer, marketer, creative director and business-owner, Eric brings his unique perspective and 35 years experience to the process of making brand strategies more creative and the creative output more strategic. Over the years he's won a host of awards, helped lease buildings around the country and has worked with just about every notable brand in real estate, from Tishman Speyer, Hines, Lincoln Properties, CBRE, JLL, Sotheby's and Beacon Capital to MetLife, Stream Realty and more.

In addition to running his agency Torque alongside his wife, Eric is also a skilled photographer, fine art painter, writer and a long-time practitioner of martial arts. One wonders when he has the time to sleep!

JENNIFER MASI

Jennifer Masi is a CEO, entrepreneur, and award-winning designer with over 40 recognitions for design and production excellence. She holds a BFA from MIAD and previously ran a boutique design firm before joining Torque, a Chicago-based creative branding and marketing firm, where she now leads as CEO.
